Customer Support Skills Assessment

Welcome! This is a hands-on exercise for the Senior Customer Support Specialist role at Nomad. Enter the email address you applied with to get started.

Before you begin,

You have 60 minutes total. The timer starts the moment you click Begin and cannot be paused. When it hits zero, whatever you've written is submitted automatically.
Part 1 (~40 min suggested): two customer emails to answer in writing.
Part 2 (~15 min suggested): a live chat with a customer. It starts when you open the Live Chat tab.
Tools: you can search Nomad's real help center and use a built-in AI assistant, both in the sidebar. Using them well is encouraged. That's part of the exercise.
Everything is recorded: your answers, your help center searches, and every message you send the AI assistant are all part of your work product and will be reviewed.
Your answers autosave. If your browser crashes, come back and re-enter your email. The timer keeps running.
